in 2012 Steve was asked by Dulas to provide support and facilitation to the board and internal working group on development and delivery of internal stakeholder dialogue working towards the restructuring of the company.
This change management process resulted in the successful redesign of internal working systems and approaches from across the board management and wider company operation. As part of the process Steve developed and facilitated a series of internal workshops working closely with John Gutaerain, who led on the change process and the internal change management group.
Following the successful support to stakeholder engagement in the company change management process Steve worked with the board shareholders and employees to develop the company’s internal communications systems, working to ensure effective engagement of all employees in the ongoing management of the company
