We worked with this group, which comprises the Chief Officers of each of the lottery distributors in Wales, to identify opportunities for further and improved joint working. This included a review of processes and procedures, grant applications, assessment processes, monitoring, promotional activity and back-office services.
Working with staff in each of the distributors, separately and together, we were able to make recommendations about working patterns, dealing with initial queries, sharing and managing the learning from their grant-making and public facing events.
