Resources for Change are working with East Somerset Railway to help them evaluate a Lottery heritage-funded project to renovate the Cranmore station building, providing dementia-friendly experiences and strengthening the educational aspects of the railway’s activities The funding will provide improved access arrangements and staff training. R4C will help develop East Somerset Railway’s staff capacity to better measure the impact that they have, helping them to independently evaluate their work. The railway needs to show the difference it makes through this and other projects. R4c will build their skills and confidence through monitoring and evaluating their activities.
