Resources for Change are the lifetime evaluators for the five-year Land of the Fanns Landscape Partnership Scheme, funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund. Through 26 projects, the Landscape Partnership aims to reunify and discover the landscape and create a sense of enjoyment of the landscape area for local people and visitors. R4C has supported and assisted the project team to more effectively collect monitoring data. R4C has provided training to the team with continuing support, readying the partnership for the interim evaluation. This is a complex project with nine partners, covering 11 varied landscapes.
