During 2021, R4C are collaborating with HBRL Consulting to support South West Museum Development (SW MD) organisational development.
The assignment included an evaluation of SW MD delivery during 2020 to understand their impact on the regional Museum sector during the difficult first phase of the Covid pandemic. This included a detailed document review, interviews with staff and stakeholders and a group workshop. This work is subsequently informing a 2021/22 and 2022/23 business plan, and theory of change planning exercise as part of the SW MD response to Arts Council England as primary funder.
R4C are leading the theory of change aspect and providing detailed knowledge of Arts Council England business plan requirements, working alongside Hilary Barnard and Ruth Lesirge in a collegiate way.
