Finding out what works and embedding the learning.

For Resources for Change evaluation is about learning together – what went well, what didn’t go so well, how things could be improved, how other organisations or projects can learn from your experiences. At the same time evaluation can be an excellent management tool; if you can find out how to do more of the good things and less of the not-so-good things, your project or organisation will become stronger and more effective.

On-going monitoring, review and interim evaluation provides valuable information and analysis to support management and end of project evaluation can provide very valuable evidence or base material for legacy activities, including seeking future funding.
